Bikepacking Saddle Bag or Under-Seat Bag?

For multi-day rides, a bikepacking saddle bag carries clothing and a sleeping kit behind the seat. Our waterproof bikepacking saddle bag with roll-top closure holds 10 to 14 litres in 420D TPU with 600D reinforcement and attaches at both the seat rails and the seat post to limit sway. For everyday riding, a small under-seat bag carries a spare tube, tools and keys: our bicycle saddle bag, waterproof bicycle seat bag and dry bike bag under seat are all made from TPU.

How Do You Stop a Saddle Bag Swaying?

Two-point mounting, a firm roll-top and heavy items packed close to the seat post keep a saddle bag stable. Compress the roll-top fully before tightening the straps. For frame and top tube bags, see our Bike Frame Bag collection, and for the full range, our Waterproof Bike Bag collection.

Bike Saddle Bag FAQ

Will a bikepacking saddle bag fit my bike?

It needs enough clearance between the saddle and the rear wheel. Check clearance with the bag loaded, especially on full-suspension bikes.

Are bike saddle bags waterproof?

Roll-top saddle bags with welded seams keep out heavy rain and wheel spray. Small zippered seat bags are rain- and spray-resistant.

What is the MOQ for custom saddle bags?

300 pieces per design, including your logo.
